Yes—creating an account, searching, and applying to roles or internships is free for job seekers.
How do I post a job or internship as an employer?
After registering, head to your Employer Dashboard, click “Post a Job,” fill out the form, and publish. You can update or remove listings at any time.
Can I filter by remote or hybrid positions?
Absolutely—use our search filters to select “Remote,” “Hybrid,” or specific Northern Virginia locations.
What security measures protect my data?
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure hosting practices to protect data in transit. If you use a third-party sign-in option (such as Google, when available), authentication happens through that provider and we don’t receive your provider password. We store only the information needed to operate the platform (for example, your profile and application activity).
Are there premium or featured listing options?
Yes—employers can upgrade to featured listings for greater visibility. Pricing and details are available in the Employer Dashboard under “Featured Listings” or “Billing & Plans.”
