jobs.masonenterprise.org is an initiative of Mason Enterprise, a division of George Mason University, created to strengthen the Northern Virginia innovation ecosystem by connecting top talent with the region’s rapidly growing startup and technology community.
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by early-stage companies, displaced federal workers, and graduates entering the workforce, we built this platform as a bridge — simplifying job discovery, streamlining recruiting, and ensuring opportunities stay local to the DMV region.
